We’re excited to share a scrumptious looking recipe created by one of our customers, Joyce, who is quite talented at baking, photography, and digital creation! (You can find her cake, macaron and other baked goods art on Instagram at baked.by.joyce.)
Joyce’s son is allergic to gluten and almonds so SunFlour is an option that really works well for them. She made these exquisite white-chocolate dipped biscottis using SunFlour and her own recipe. She also took this stunning photograph!
Yield: 14, ¾” biscotti slices (you can cut them into ½” to 1″ slices)
Dry Ingredients
1 cup SunFlour
1 cup gluten free flour
2 tsp gluten free baking powder
¾ cup light brown sugar, lightly packed
¼ tsp salt
Wet Ingredients
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 large eggs, room temperature
optional: melted chocolate to dip (we recommend 2½ ounces chocolate chips and ½ ounce cocoa butter)
Directions
1) Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2) Mix dry ingredients together.
3) Mix wet ingredients together.
4) Combine dry and wet mixtures until dough forms.
5) Place dough on parchment-lined cookie sheet and shape the dough into a flat loaf about 1″ thick.
6) Bake for 25-30 minutes.
7) Let loaf cool for 10 minutes before using a bread knife to cut ½” to 1″ slices.
8) Lower the oven temperature to 280 degrees F. Lay biscotti slices flat on parchment-lined cookie sheet.
9) Bake sliced biscotti for 10 minutes on each side (20 min total) until lightly golden brown.
10) Let cool on rack. Optional: dip cooled biscottis in melted chocolate.

Instructions for Chocolate Dip
1) Put chocolate chips and cocoa butter in small sauce pan.
2) Heat on low, stirring until a chocolate liquid forms.
3) Dip half of biscotti (or one flat surface) in chocolate dip and place on parchment paper.
4) Freeze for 15 minutes to harden the chocolate.
