
*Keto *Low Carb *High Protein *Grain Free *Gluten Free *Nut Free
Many of our from-scratch bakers wanted to make donuts out of SunFlour instead of using our Pancake & Waffle Mix.
Well, we can’t blame them. We are all in when it comes to finding more ways to get donuts out of the oven! Especially when the donuts are:

🌻 Packed with protein, fiber, healthy fats, essential vitamins and minerals too!
Yield: 12 donuts (73g) *see macros below
Dry Ingredients
3 cups SunFlour
3 Tbsp Bocha Sweet (or your favorite low glycemic sweetener)
1.5 tsp baking powder
3/4 tsp fine sea salt
1 Tbsp pumpkin spice
For topping: 1 Tbsp sweetener + 1 tsp cinnamon (or your favorite powdered sweetener as shown above)
Optional: 1/4 cup chopped pecans or walnuts or your favorite keto chocolate chips
Wet Ingredients
6 eggs
6 Tbsp melted butter
3/4 cup heavy coconut cream (or heavy cream)
1/4 cup pumpkin puree
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Directions
1) Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2) Combine dry ingredients.
3) Add wet ingredients and mix until blended.
4) Spray donut pans with oil (2 pans with 6 donut wells each) and fill evenly with batter.
5) Sprinkle tops with cinnamon & sweetener combination.
6) Bake 20 min or until lightly browned.
7) Let cool 10 minutes in pan. Remove to cooling rack or right to your plate!
