
SunFlour makes an easy and excellent Gluten-free, Keto, Low carb, Nut-free and crunchy exterior for your favorite fish!
INGREDIENTS
1 cup SunFlour (you can also make this recipe with SunFlour Pancake Mix!)*
1 Tbsp Italian seasoning
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
1 lb. white fish
2 eggs
optional: ¼-½ cup parmesan or other hard cheese, parsley flakes for the batter and/or garnish)
DIRECTIONS
1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. Mix SunFlour and seasonings together in medium bowl.
3. Whisk eggs together in a small bowl.
4. Dredge each individual piece of fish in the eggs. Then, coat completely in the SunFlour mixture.
5. Transfer fish to a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper or glass baking dish.
6. Bake in the oven until golden brown, about 15 minutes (or, pan fry).
7. Serve with your favorite sides and Enjoy!
*Pro Tip: If you have our SunFlour Pancake Mix on hand, it also makes an excellent breading for fish filets, nuggets and fries. We were blown away when we first tried it as the mix adds a bit of airiness to the battered outside and has a delightful flavor when combined with the delicate taste of the flaky white fish.
