For 8 Muffins
- Mix together:
2/3 cup of SunFlour
1/3 cup of sorghum flour or other gluten/grain free flour
¼ cup of sugar (coconut palm sugar for low glycemic )
¼ cup of melted butter (or grape seed oil)
- Combine melted butter and SunFlour mixture until large crumbs form. If too dry and not coming together into pea size crumbles, add more butter or grape seed oil)
- Sprinkle over muffins prior to baking
